Loxonin S is an antipyretic analgesic characterised by rapid action and excellent efficacy.
● Contains antipyretic and analgesic ingredients with fast-acting characteristics for pain.
The antipyretic analgesic ingredient [loxoprofen sodium hydrate] quickly suppresses the substances that cause pain and fever (prostaglandins) and exerts excellent analgesic and antifebrile effects.
● Prodrug formulation with low gastric burden*.
Body-friendly prodrug formulation reduces the burden on the stomach.
*Prodrug preparations are those in which the ingredients are absorbed by the body and then transformed into the active form to exert their effects.
● Does not contain ingredients that make you sleepy (sedative-hypnotic ingredients).
● One tablet at a time works well.
● Small tablets that are easy to swallow.

In rare cases, gastrointestinal haemorrhage (vomiting blood, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, black tarry stools, bloody stools, etc.), perforation of the gastrointestinal tract (a hole in the gastrointestinal tract. Cutaneous Mucosal Eye Syndrome (Stevens-Johnson syndrome),

Renal impairment - fever, rash, decreased urine output, generalised swelling, generalised lethargy, joint pain (aching knots) and diarrhoea may occur.
Congestive heart failure - general lethargy, palpitations, shortness of breath, chest discomfort, chest pain, dizziness, fainting, etc.
Interstitial pneumonia - Shortness of breath or breathlessness when climbing stairs or exerting oneself a little, dry cough, fever, etc., which may appear suddenly or persist.
Liver dysfunction - fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of the skin and whites of the eyes),
Brown urine, general lethargy and loss of appetite may occur.
Rhabdomyolysis - Muscle pain in limbs, shoulders, back, etc., numbness in limbs, weakness, stiffness, general lethargy, reddish-brown urine, etc.
Aseptic meningitis - Severe headache with neck tightness, fever, nausea and vomiting. (These symptoms have been reported more frequently, especially in people being treated for systemic lupus erythematosus or mixed connective tissue disease.)
Asthma - wheezing, hissing or breathlessness when breathing.
3.If any of the following symptoms persist or increase after taking the medicine, stop taking it and consult a doctor or pharmacist with this document.

4. If symptoms do not improve after 1~2 doses (possibly due to other diseases), stop taking and consult a doctor, dentist or pharmacist with this document.
Indications/effects.
○ Analgesia for headaches, menstrual cramps, toothache, pain after tooth extraction, sore throat, back pain, joint pain, neuralgia, muscular pain, stiff shoulder pain, ear pain, bruise pain, fracture pain, sprain pain and trauma pain.
○● Antipyretic in case of chills and fever.
Dosage and administration
Take the following doses with water or hot water.
Age - Dose - Number of doses per day
Adults (15 years and older) - 1 tablet - up to 2 doses. When symptoms appear, take on an empty stomach if possible. However, if symptoms reappear, a third dose can be taken.
Allow at least 4 hours between doses.
Under 15 years - Do not take.
