Shock (anaphylaxis) - Skin itching, hives, hoarse voice, sneezing, itchy throat, breathlessness, palpitations and clouded consciousness soon after taking the drug.

Cutaneous Mucosal Eye Syndrome (Stevens-Johnson syndrome),
Toxic epidermal necrolysis, acute generalised eruptive pustulosis - persistent or rapid worsening of high fever, red eyes, eye sores, sores on the lips, sore throat, widespread skin rash/redness, small patches (small pustules) on the reddened skin, general lethargy, loss of appetite.

無菌性髄膜炎・・・首すじのつっぱりを伴った激しい頭痛、発熱、吐き気・嘔吐等があらわれる(このような症状は、特に全身性エリテマトーデス又は混合性結合組織病の治療を受けている人で多く報告されている。)。

Interstitial pneumonia - Shortness of breath or breathlessness when climbing stairs or exerting oneself a little, dry cough, fever, etc., which may appear suddenly or persist.

Asthma - wheezing, hissing or breathlessness when breathing.
Aplastic anaemia - Pale bruises, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, fever, pale skin and mucous membranes, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, feeling sick and dizzy, haematuria, etc.

Agranulocytosis - Sudden onset of high fever, feverishness, sore throat, etc.

Indications/effects.

(1)頭痛・肩こり痛・月経痛(生理痛)・腰痛・関節痛・神経痛・筋肉痛・咽喉痛・歯痛・抜歯後の疼痛・打撲痛・ねんざ痛・骨折痛・外傷痛・耳痛の鎮痛
(2)悪寒・発熱時の解熱

Dosage and administration

なるべく空腹時をさけて、服用間隔は4時間以上おいてください。
次の量を水又はぬるま湯にて服用してください。

成人(15才以上)・・・2錠・・・2回まで ただし、再度症状があらわれた場合には3回目を服用できます。

15才未満・・・服用しないこと

錠剤の入っているPTPシートの凸部を指先で強く押して裏面のアルミ箔を破り、取り出してお飲みください(誤ってそのまま飲み込んだりすると食道粘膜に突き刺さる等思わぬ事故につながります。)。

イブプロフェン・・・160ｍｇ・・・痛みをおさえるとともに、熱を下げます。
アセトアミノフェン・・・160ｍｇ・・・痛みをおさえるとともに、熱を下げます。
無水カフェイン・・・50ｍｇ・・・痛みをおさえる働きを助け、頭痛をやわらげます。
乾燥水酸化アルミニウムゲル・・・70ｍｇ・・・胃粘膜を保護し、胃が荒れるのを防ぎます。

添加物として、セルロース、ヒドロキシプロピルセルロース、乳酸、D-マンニトール、リン酸二水素K、二酸化ケイ素、ステアリン酸Mｇ、ポリビニルアルコール(部分けん化物)、タルク、酸化チタン、大豆レシチンを含有する。

Storage and handling precautions

(1) Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
(2) Keep out of reach of children.
(3) Do not replace the product in other containers (may cause misuse or change quality). .
(4) Do not use products past their expiry date.
