Products.

◆クラリチンEXは、第2世代抗ヒスタミン成分ロラタジンを含有するアレルギー専用鼻炎薬です。
◆眠くなりにくく、「集中力、判断力、作業効率の低下」を起こしにくいお薬です。
◆1日1回1錠の服用で、鼻みず・鼻づまり・くしゃみの症状に、効き目が長く続きます。

肝臓病、腎臓病、てんかん
(3)アレルギー性鼻炎か、かぜなど他の原因によるものかわからない人。
(4)気管支ぜんそく、アトピー性皮膚炎などの他のアレルギー疾患の診断を受けたことがある人。
(5)妊婦又は妊娠していると思われる人。
(6)高齢者。
(7)薬などによりアレルギー症状を起こしたことがある人。

皮膚・・・発疹、かゆみ、じんましん、皮膚が赤くなる、脱毛
呼吸器・・・のどの痛み、鼻の乾燥感
消化器・・・吐き気、嘔吐、腹痛、口唇の乾燥、口内炎、胃炎
精神神経系・・・倦怠感、めまい、頭痛
循環器・・・動悸、頻脈
その他・・・眼球の乾燥、耳なり、難聴、ほてり、浮腫(顔・手足)、味覚異常、月経不順、胸部不快感、不正子宮出血、胸痛、尿閉

In rare cases, the following serious symptoms may occur

Shock (anaphylaxis) - Skin itching, hives, hoarse voice, sneezing, itchy throat, breathlessness, palpitations and clouded consciousness soon after taking the drug.

てんかん・・・(てんかん発作既往歴のある人) 筋肉の突っ張りや震え、意識障害、発作前の記憶がない。

けいれん・・・筋肉の発作的な収縮があらわれる。

Liver dysfunction - fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of the skin and whites of the eyes), brown urine, general lethargy and loss of appetite.

3.服用後、次の症状があらわれることがあるので、このような症状の持続又は増強がみられた場合には、服用を中止し、医師、薬剤師又は登録販売者に相談してください

口のかわき、便秘、下痢、眠気

Indications/effects.

花粉、ハウスダスト(室内塵)などによる次のような鼻のアレルギー症状の緩和:
鼻みず、鼻づまり、くしゃみ

Dosage and administration

成人(15才以上)、1回1錠、1日1回食後に服用してください。
なお、毎回同じ時間帯に服用してください。

15才未満・・・服用しないこと

Dosage-related precautions.
(1) Strictly follow the prescribed dosage and administration.
(2)花粉など季節性のアレルギー性鼻炎による症状に使用する場合は、花粉飛散期に入って症状が出始めたら、症状の軽い早めの時期からの服用が効果的です。
(3)1週間位服用しても症状の改善がみられない場合には、医師、薬剤師又は登録販売者に相談してください。また、症状の改善がみられても2週間を超えて服用する場合は、医師、薬剤師又は登録販売者に相談してください。
(4)錠剤の取り出し方
錠剤の入っているシートの凸部を指先で強く押して裏面のアルミ箔を破り、錠剤を取り出して服用してください。(誤ってシートのまま飲み込んだりすると食道粘膜に突き刺さる等思わぬ事故につながります)
