「ロキソニンSプレミアム」は〈速さ、効きめ、やさしさ〉の3つを同時に考えたプレミアム処方の解熱鎮痛薬です。

●つらい痛みにすばやく効く鎮痛成分(ロキソプロフェンナトリウム水和物)に、アリルイソプロピルアセチル尿素を配合、鎮痛効果を高めます。
●さらに無水カフェインを配合、鎮痛効果を助けます。
Contains magnesium metasilicate aluminate, which protects the stomach through its gastric mucosal protective action.
● Small tablets that are easy to swallow.

Medicines can lead to serious health problems if the dosage and administration is deviated from.
Always read the product instructions carefully before use and follow the dosage and administration.
Even if dosage and administration are followed and used correctly, side effects may still occur.
If any abnormalities are detected, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist.

Usage notes.

(Failure to comply may worsen current symptoms or increase the likelihood of side effects.)
1. should not be taken by the following persons
(1) People who have experienced allergic reactions to this product or any of its ingredients.
(2) People who have experienced asthma after taking this or other antipyretic analgesics or cold medicines.
(3) Children under 15 years of age.
(4) People undergoing the following treatments in a medical institution
Gastric and duodenal ulcers, liver disease, kidney disease, heart disease
(5) People whose doctor has indicated blood abnormalities (blood diseases) such as low red blood cell count (anaemia), low platelet count (difficulty in stopping bleeding or bleeding easily) or low white blood cell count.
(6) Pregnant women within 12 weeks of expected delivery date.
2.Do not take any of the following medicines while taking this medicine
他の解熱鎮痛薬、かぜ薬、鎮静薬、乗物酔い薬
3.服用後、乗物又は機械類の運転操作をしないで下さい。
(Drowsiness and other symptoms may occur.)
4.服用前後は飲酒しないで下さい。
5.長期連続して服用しないで下さい。(3~5日間服用しても痛み等の症状が繰り返される場合には、服用を中止し、医師の診療を受けて下さい)

1.Consult a doctor, dentist or pharmacist before taking the following.
(1) Persons under the care of a doctor or dentist.
(2) Pregnant women or those thought to be pregnant.

(4) Older people.

(6) Persons with the following diagnoses.
Bronchial asthma, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, systemic lupus erythematosus, mixed connective tissue disease
(7) People who have had any of the following diseases.
Gastric and duodenal ulcers, liver disease, kidney disease, blood diseases
2.If you experience any of the following symptoms after taking the medicine, stop taking it immediately and consult your doctor, dentist or pharmacist with this document, as side effects may occur.
(1) If symptoms such as excessive drop in body temperature, collapse (lack of strength) or cooling of the extremities (cold limbs) are observed after taking antipyretic analgesics such as this medicine.
(2)服用後、消化性潰瘍、むくみがあらわれた場合また、まれに消化管出血(血を吐く、吐き気・嘔吐、腹痛、黒いタール状の便、血便等があらわれる)、消化管穿孔(消化管に穴があくこと。吐き気・嘔吐、激しい腹痛等があらわれる)、小腸・大腸の狭窄・閉塞(吐き気・嘔吐、腹痛、腹部膨満等があらわれる)の重篤な症状が起こることがあります。
If this happens, seek medical attention immediately.
(3) If any of the following symptoms occur after taking the drug
Relevant areas/symptoms.
Skin - Rash/redness, itching.
Gastrointestinal - abdominal pain, stomach discomfort, loss of appetite, nausea and vomiting, abdominal distension, heartburn, mouth ulcers, indigestion.
Cardiovascular - increased blood pressure, palpitations.
Psychoneurological system - drowsiness, numbness, dizziness, headache.
Other - chest pain, fatigue, facial hot flushes, fever, anaemia, haematuria.

In rare cases, the following serious symptoms may occur
If this happens, seek medical attention immediately.

Shock (anaphylaxis) - Skin itching, hives, hoarse voice, sneezing, itchy throat, breathlessness, palpitations and clouded consciousness soon after taking the drug.

Blood disorders - sore throat, fever, general lethargy, whiteness of the face and the back of the eyelids, easy bleeding (bleeding gums, nose bleeds, etc.), blue bruising (the colour does not disappear when pressed), etc.

皮膚粘膜眼症候群(スティーブンス・ジョンソン症候群)、中毒性表皮壊死融解症、多形紅斑・・・高熱、目の充血、目やに、唇のただれ、のどの痛み、皮膚の広範囲の発疹・発赤、水疱が皮膚の赤い部分にあらわれる等が持続したり、急激に悪化する。

Renal impairment - fever, rash, decreased urine output, generalised swelling, generalised lethargy, joint pain (aching knots) and diarrhoea may occur.

Congestive heart failure - general lethargy, palpitations, shortness of breath, chest discomfort, chest pain, dizziness, fainting, etc.

Interstitial pneumonia - Shortness of breath or breathlessness when climbing stairs or exerting oneself a little, dry cough, fever, etc., which may appear suddenly or persist.

Liver dysfunction - fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of the skin and whites of the eyes), brown urine, general lethargy and loss of appetite.

Rhabdomyolysis - Muscle pain in limbs, shoulders, back, etc., numbness in limbs, weakness, stiffness, general lethargy, reddish-brown urine, etc.

Aseptic meningitis - Severe headache with neck tightness, fever, nausea and vomiting. (These symptoms have been reported more frequently, especially in people being treated for systemic lupus erythematosus or mixed connective tissue disease.)

Asthma - wheezing, hissing or breathlessness when breathing.

3.If any of the following symptoms persist or increase after taking the medicine, stop taking it and consult a doctor or pharmacist with this document.
Dry mouth, constipation, diarrhoea

4. If symptoms do not improve after 1~2 doses (possibly due to other diseases), stop taking and consult a doctor, dentist or pharmacist with this document.

Indications/effects.

○ Analgesia for headaches, menstrual cramps, toothache, pain after tooth extraction, sore throat, back pain, joint pain, neuralgia, muscular pain, stiff shoulder pain, ear pain, bruise pain, fracture pain, sprain pain and trauma pain.
○● Antipyretic in case of chills and fever.

Dosage and administration

Age - Dose - Number of doses per day
成人(15歳以上)・・・2錠・・・2回まで。症状があらわれた時、なるべく空腹時をさけて水又はぬるま湯で服用して下さい。
However, if symptoms reappear, a third dose can be taken. Allow at least 4 hours between doses.

Under 15 years - Do not take.

(2) How to remove tablets
Press hard with fingertips on the convex part of the PTP sheet containing the tablets to tear the aluminium foil on the reverse side, remove and take the tablets.
(If accidentally swallowed as it is, it can lead to unexpected accidents such as penetration of the oesophageal mucosa.)

メタケイ酸アルミン酸マグネシウム・・・100ｍｇ
・・・胃粘膜を保護するはたらきがあります。

添加物:乳糖、セルロース、ヒドロキシプロピルセルロース、クロスカルメロースNａ、ステアリン酸Mｇ、ヒプロメロース、酸化チタン、タルク、三二酸化鉄、カルナウバロウ

Storage and handling precautions

(1) Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
(2) Keep out of reach of children.
(3) Do not replace the product in other containers. (This may cause misuse or change the quality.)
(4)表示の使用期限を過ぎた製品は使用しないで下さい。また、アルミ袋を開封した後は、6カ月以内に使用して下さい。
(5)箱の「開封年月日」記入欄に、アルミ袋を開封した日付を記入して下さい。
