・アリナミンAは、吸収にすぐれたビタミンB1誘導体フルスルチアミンを配合し、毎日の生活の中で感じる、カラダが「だるい」「重い」といった疲れにすぐれた効果をあらわします。

消化器・・・吐き気・嘔吐、口内炎

2.服用後、次の症状があらわれることがあるので、このような症状の持続または増強が見られた場合には、服用を中止し、この文書を持って医師、薬剤師または登録販売者に相談すること
軟便、下痢

3.1ヵ月位服用しても症状がよくならない場合は服用を中止し、この文書を持って医師、薬剤師または登録販売者に相談すること

Indications/effects.

1.次の場合のビタミンB1の補給
When physically fatigued, during pregnancy and lactation, and during periods of low physical fitness after illness.
2.次の諸症状の緩和
筋肉痛・関節痛(腰痛、肩こり、五十肩など)、神経痛、手足のしびれ、便秘、眼精疲労
3.脚気
「ただし、上記2および3の症状について、1ヵ月ほど使用しても改善がみられない場合は、医師または薬剤師に相談すること。」

Dosage and administration

Take the following dose with water or hot water immediately after a meal, without biting.
Age - Dose - Number of doses per day
15歳以上・・・1~3錠・・・1回
11歳~14歳・・・1~2錠・・・1回
7歳~10歳・・・1錠・・・1回
7歳未満・・・服用しないこと

Dosage-related precautions.
(1) When administered to children, it should be taken under the guidance and supervision of a parent or guardian.
(2) Dosage and administration must be strictly observed.

Ingredients/content.
As full-thiamine (vitamin B1 derivative).
(Fursultiamine hydrochloride - 109.16 mg) - 100 mg.
ピリドキシン塩酸塩(ビタミンB6)・・・20ｍｇ
シアノコバラミン(ビタミンB12)・・・60μｇ
リボフラビン(ビタミンB2)・・・12ｍｇ
パントテン酸カルシウム・・・15ｍｇ

添加物:乳酸カルシウム水和物、部分アルファー化デンプン、ヒプロメロース、セルロース、乳糖水和物、ヒドロキシプロピルセルロース、ステアリン酸Mｇ、トウモロコシデンプン、エリスリトール、酸化チタン、アラビアゴム、炭酸Cａ、タルク、白糖

成分に関連する注意
The drug may cause a yellowing of the urine, but this is not a cause for concern as it is due to riboflavin.

Storage and handling precautions

(1)直射日光の当たらない湿気の少ない涼しい所に密栓し、箱に入れて保管すること。
(2) Keep out of the reach of children.
(3) Do not replace in other containers (may cause misuse or change quality).
(4) Stuffing inside the bottle should be discarded after opening the lid (reinserting the stuffing into the bottle can cause it to become moist and change its quality. The stuffing is intended to prevent the tablets from being damaged during transport).
(5) Tightly close the lid of the bottle each time a dose is taken (the quality will change as it absorbs moisture).
(6) Do not take products past their expiry date.
(7) The date the bin was opened should be entered in the 'Date opened' field on the box and bin.
(8) Once opened, the product should be taken as soon as possible, but not later than six months from the date of opening, in order to preserve quality.
