呼吸器・・・息切れ、息苦しさ

その他・・・過度の体温低下、顔のほてり、異常なまぶしさ

Shock (anaphylaxis) - Skin itching, hives, hoarse voice, sneezing, itchy throat, breathlessness, palpitations and clouded consciousness soon after taking the drug.

皮膚粘膜眼症候群(スティーブンス・ジョンソン症候群)、中毒性表皮壊死融解症、
急性汎発性発疹性膿疱症・・・高熱、目の充血、目やに、唇のただれ、のどの痛み、皮膚の広範囲の発疹・発赤、赤くなった皮膚上に小さなブツブツ(小膿疱)が出る、全身がだるい、食欲がない等が持続したり、急激に悪化する。

Liver dysfunction - fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of the skin and whites of the eyes), brown urine, general lethargy and loss of appetite.

Renal impairment - fever, rash, decreased urine output, generalised swelling, generalised lethargy, joint pain (aching knots) and diarrhoea may occur.

Interstitial pneumonia - Shortness of breath or breathlessness when climbing stairs or exerting oneself a little, dry cough, fever, etc., which may appear suddenly or persist.

Asthma - wheezing, hissing or breathlessness when breathing.

Indications/effects.

かぜの諸症状(のどの痛み、発熱、鼻水、鼻づまり、せき、たん、悪寒、頭痛、くしゃみ、関節の痛み、筋肉の痛み)の緩和

Dosage and administration

Take the following doses with water or hot water.
Age - Dose - Number of doses per day
成人(15歳以上)・・・3錠・・・3回 食後なるべく30分以内に服用して下さい。
11歳以上15歳未満・・・2錠・・・3回 食後なるべく30分以内に服用して下さい。
7歳以上11歳未満・・・1錠・・・3回 食後なるべく30分以内に服用して下さい。
7歳未満・・・服用しないで下さい。

Dosage-related precautions.
(1) Adhere strictly to the dosage and administration.
(2)7歳以上の小児に服用させる場合には、保護者の指導監督のもとに服用させて下さい。

本剤は、白色の糖衣錠で9錠中に次の成分を含有しています。

・・・せきの原因の1つであるたんを出しやすくします。

トラネキサム酸・・・420ｍｇ
・・・炎症のもと[プラスミン]をおさえ、のどのはれや痛みをしずめます。

アセトアミノフェン・・・900ｍｇ
・・・熱を下げ、頭痛、関節の痛みをやわらげます。

ｄｌ-メチルエフェドリン塩酸塩・・・60ｍｇ
・・・気管支をひろげ、せきをしずめます。

デキストロメトルファン臭化水素酸塩水和物・・・48ｍｇ

無水カフェイン・・・60ｍｇ
・・・頭痛をやわらげます。

添加物:セルロース、カルメロースCａ、ヒドロキシプロピルセルロース、ステアリン酸Mｇ、ヒプロメロース、マクロゴール、酸化チタン、白糖、ポリビニルアルコール(部分けん化物)、タルク、炭酸Cａ、カルナウバロウ

Storage and handling precautions

(1)直射日光の当たらない湿気の少ない涼しい所に密栓して保管して下さい。
(2) Keep out of reach of children.
(3) Do not replace the product in other containers. (This may cause misuse or change the quality.)
(4)ぬれた手で取り扱わないで下さい。
水分が錠剤につくと、表面が一部溶けて、変色又は色むらを生じることがあります。
また、ぬれた錠剤をビンに戻すと他の錠剤にも影響を与えますので、戻さないで下さい。
(5)ビンの中の詰め物は輸送中の錠剤破損防止用ですので、開封後は捨てて下さい。

かぜの原因とは?
かぜとは「のど」や「鼻」などの「上気道の急性炎症性疾患」です。
