●こども(7〜14才用)の花粉やハウスダストによる鼻みず、鼻づまり、くしゃみなどのつらいアレルギー症状に優れた効果を発揮します。
● A special rhinitis medicine for allergies that is less likely to affect the brain and therefore less likely to make you drowsy.
It is also less likely to cause impaired performance, which is difficult to notice, such as reduced concentration, judgment and work efficiency.
●1日2回の服用で、24時間効き目が持続します。
● Can be taken on an empty stomach.
●小さくて飲みやすい錠剤のお薬です。
※花粉などの季節性のアレルギー性鼻炎症状に使用する場合は、花粉飛散予測日から、又は、症状が出始めたら早めに服用を始めると効果的です。

Usage notes.

Although this product is for paediatric use, general precautions prescribed for oral rhinitis medications are listed.

What not to do.
(Failure to comply can worsen current symptoms and increase the risk of side effects/accidents.)

1. should not be taken by the following persons
(1) People who have experienced allergic reactions to this product or any of its ingredients.
(2)7才未満の小児
2.Do not use any of the following medicines while taking this medicine
Other allergy medicines (including medicines for skin diseases and oral medicines for rhinitis), oral medicines containing antihistamines, etc. (e.g. cold medicines, antitussive expectorants, motion sickness medicines, hypnotic sedatives),
Antacids (preparations containing aluminium hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide), erythromycin
3. Do not drink alcohol before and after taking the drug.
4. breast-feeding women should not take this product or, if taking this product, avoid breast-feeding.
(Transfer to milk has been observed in animal studies.)

Consultation.
1.The following people should consult a doctor, pharmacist or registered pharmacist before taking the product
(1) People under the care of a doctor.
(2) People who are not sure if they have allergic rhinitis or if it is due to other causes such as a cold.
(3) People who have been diagnosed with other allergic diseases such as bronchial asthma or atopic dermatitis.
(4) People with severe symptoms of nasal congestion.
(5) Pregnant women or those thought to be pregnant.
(6) Older people.
(7) People who have had allergic reactions to medicines or other substances.
2.服用後、次の症状があらわれた場合は副作用の可能性があるので、直ちに服用を中止し、この説明文書を持って医師、薬剤師又は登録販売者に相談してください。
Relevant areas/symptoms.
皮ふ・・・のど・まぶた・口唇等のはれ、発疹、かゆみ、じんましん、皮ふが赤くなる
消化器・・・はきけ、嘔吐、腹痛、消化不良
精神神経系・・・しびれ感、頭痛、疲労、倦怠感、めまい、不眠、神経過敏、悪夢、睡眠障害
泌尿器・・・頻尿、排尿困難
その他・・・動悸、味覚異常、浮腫、胸痛、呼吸困難、血圧上昇、月経異常
In rare cases, the following serious symptoms may occur. If this occurs, seek medical attention immediately.

ショック(アナフィラキシー)・・・服用後すぐに、皮ふのかゆみ、じんましん、声のかすれ、くしゃみ、のどのかゆみ、息苦しさ、動悸、意識の混濁等があらわれる。
肝機能障害・・・発熱、かゆみ、発疹、黄疸(皮ふや白目が黄色くなる)、褐色尿、全身のだるさ、食欲不振等があらわれる。
無顆粒球症、白血球減少、好中球減少・・・突然の高熱、さむけ、のどの痛み等があらわれる。

Ingredients/amounts

Ingredients - quantity.
フェキソフェナジン塩酸塩(1日量:2錠中)・・・60mg
フェキソフェナジン塩酸塩(1日量:4錠中)・・・120mg
Additives: crystalline cellulose, partially alphalised starch, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, light anhydrous silicic acid,
Hypromellose, povidone, titanium dioxide, macrogol 400, iron sesquioxide, yellow iron sesquioxide.

Indications/effects.

花粉、ハウスダスト(室内塵)などによる次のような鼻のアレルギー症状の緩和:くしゃみ、鼻みず、鼻づまり

Dosage and administration

下記の量を服用してください。
Age - Dose - Number of doses per day
7才〜11才の小児・・・1錠・・・1日2回 朝 夕
12才〜14才の小児・・・2錠・・・1日2回 朝 夕
7才未満の小児・・・服用しない

用法・用量に関する注意

（1）定められた用法・用量を厳守してください。
（2）小児に服用させる場合には、保護者の指導監督のもとに服用させてください。
（3）花粉などの季節性のアレルギー性鼻炎症状に使用する場合は、花粉飛散予測日から、又は、症状が出始めたら早めに服用を始めると効果的です。
（4）3〜4日間服用しても症状の改善がみられない場合は服用を中止し、医師、薬剤師又は登録販売者に相談してください。
また、症状の改善がみられても2週間を超えて服用する場合は、医師、薬剤師又は登録販売者に相談してください。
（5）錠剤の取り出し方
Press hard with fingertips on the convex part of the sheet containing the tablets to break the membrane on the reverse side, remove the tablets and take them.
（誤ってシートのまま飲み込んだりすると食道粘膜に突き刺さるなど思わぬ事故につながります。）
Storage and handling precautions
（1）直射日光の当たらない湿気の少ない涼しい所に保管してください。
（2）小児の手の届かない所に保管してください。
（3）他の容器に入れ替えないでください。（誤用の原因になったり、品質が変わることがあります。）
（4）使用期限をすぎた製品は使用しないでください。
