Kids' Bufferin Rhinitis Syrup S is a syrup-type rhinitis oral medication for children aged 3 months to under 11 years.
Two active ingredients (chlorpheniramine maleate and dl-methylephedrine hydrochloride) and a natural herbal medicine extract (saixin extract) relieve various symptoms of allergic rhinitis, including acute rhinitis and pollen.

Caffeine-free formula that does not disturb your child's precious sleep.
● Does not contain codeine (narcotic ingredient).
● It is also effective for allergic rhinitis.
● Strawberry-flavoured syrup that is easy for young children to drink.
● Safety cap to prevent accidental ingestion by children.

Although this product is for paediatric use, general precautions prescribed for oral rhinitis medications are listed.
(Failure to comply will worsen current symptoms and increase the risk of side effects/accidents.)

Other rhinitis medications, oral medications containing antihistamines, etc. (e.g. cold medicines, antitussive expectorants, motion sickness medicines, allergy medicines).

Skin - Rash/redness, itching.
Gastrointestinal - nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite.
Urinary system - dysuria.

In rare cases, the following serious symptoms may occur

3.If any of the following symptoms persist or intensify after taking the product, discontinue taking the product and consult a doctor, pharmacist or registered pharmacist with this document.
Dry mouth, drowsiness.
4. If symptoms do not improve after taking the product for 5~6 days, stop taking it and consult a doctor, pharmacist or registered pharmacist with this document.

Indications/effects.

Relief of the following symptoms caused by acute rhinitis, allergic rhinitis or sinusitis:.
Sneezing, runny nose (excessive nasal discharge), nasal congestion, watery eyes, sore throat, heavy-headedness

Dosage and administration

Take the following single dose three times daily after each meal and, if necessary, before bedtime.
Doses may be taken up to six times a day, in some cases after an interval of approximately four hours.
Age - 1 dose.
7 to 11 years - 10 mL.
3-7 years and above - 6 mL.
1 year and over and under 3 years - 5 mL.
6 months to under 1 year - 4 mL.
More than 3 months and less than 6 months - 3 mL.
Under 3 months - do not take.

usage rules
● Pouring method
Pour by placing the mouth of the bottle against the edge of the measuring cup. If the bottles are poured away from each other, syrup may drip into the mouth of the bottle and, if it hardens, the cap may not open.

Dosage-related precautions.
(1) If the product is to be taken by children, it should be taken under the guidance and supervision of a parent or guardian.
(2) Infants under 2 years of age should be given medical attention first and only if it is unavoidable.
(3) Strictly adhere to dosage and administration.

Chlorpheniramine maleate - 6 mg.

dl-methylephedrine hydrochloride - 55 mg.
... reduces redness and swelling of the nasal mucosa and relieves nasal congestion.

Saisin flow extract (raw drug equivalent 0.2 g) - 0.2 mL.
... Antiallergic action relieves symptoms such as runny nose and congestion.

Contains white sugar, glycerol, caramel, sodium citrate, citric acid, sodium benzoate, parabens, propylene glycol, flavouring agents and ethyl vanillin as additives.

Storage and handling precautions

(1) Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
(2) Keep out of reach of children.
(3) Do not replace the product in other containers.
(It can cause misuse and change quality.) .
(4) Wash the measuring cups with water after use and keep them clean.
(5) Do not use products past their expiry date.
(6) As this product contains crude drug extracts, in rare cases a slight cloudiness may occur, but the effect remains the same.
(7) If the cap is difficult to open, soak the cap part in hot water (50-60°C) for 2~3 minutes to make it easier to open.

Bufferin has different products with different active ingredients. The active ingredient in this product is not acetylsalicylic acid (aspirin).

1. open the cap by pressing down hard and turning it in the direction of the arrow 2.
*Place it on a table and press from above to make it easier to apply force.
■ How to tighten the safety cap
Wipe the area around the mouth of the bottle well and then tighten the cap tightly as you would a normal cap.
