「防風通聖散」は，漢方の古典である『宣明論』に記載されている漢方薬で，肥満症で便秘がちな人によく用いられ，発汗・利尿・便通作用等により「高血圧や肥満に伴う動悸・肩こり・のぼせ・むくみ・便秘」，「肥満体質」等を改善します。
『ツムラ漢方防風通聖散エキス顆粒』は，「防風通聖散」から抽出したエキスより製した服用しやすい顆粒です。

What not to do.

1．本剤を服用している間は，次の医薬品を服用しないでください
他の瀉下薬（下剤）。
2．授乳中の人は本剤を服用しないか，本剤を服用する場合は授乳をさけてください

In rare cases, the following serious symptoms may occur. If this occurs, seek medical attention immediately.

間質性肺炎：階段を上ったり，少し無理をしたりすると息切れがする・息苦しくなる，空せき，発熱等がみられ，これらが急にあらわれたり，持続したりする。
偽アルドステロン症：手足のだるさ，しびれ，つっぱり感やこわばりに加えて，脱力感，筋肉痛があらわれ，徐々に強くなる。
ミオパチー：手足のだるさ，しびれ，つっぱり感やこわばりに加えて，脱力感，筋肉痛があらわれ，徐々に強くなる。
Hepatic dysfunction: fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of the skin and whites of the eyes), brown urine, general lethargy and loss of appetite.
Mesenteric venous sclerosis: abdominal pain, diarrhoea, constipation and abdominal distension may occur repeatedly with long-term use.

If any of these symptoms persist or increase, discontinue taking the product and consult a doctor, pharmacist or registered pharmacist with this document.

Indications/effects.

体力充実して，腹部に皮下脂肪が多く，便秘がちなものの次の諸症：高血圧や肥満に伴う動悸・肩こり・のぼせ・むくみ・便秘，蓄膿症（副鼻腔炎），湿疹・皮膚炎，吹出物（にきび），肥満症

Dosage and administration

Take the following dose with water or hot water before meals.

Adults (15 years and older): 1 packet (1.875 g): 2 doses.
7-15 years: 2/3 packet: 2 doses.
4-7 years: ½ packet: 2 doses.
2-4 years: 1/3 packet: 2 doses.
Under 2 years: do not take.

In 2 packets (3.75 g)

防風通聖散エキス(1／2量) 2.25g （カッセキ1.5g，オウゴン・カンゾウ・キキョウ・セッコウ・ビャクジュツ各1g，ダイオウ0.75g，ケイガイ・サンシシ・シャクヤク・センキュウ・トウキ・ハッカ・ボウフウ・マオウ・レンギョウ各0.6g，無水ボウショウ(乾燥硫酸ナトリウム)0.35g，ショウキョウ0.15g）

Storage and handling precautions

1. store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
2. keep out of reach of children.
3. if the remainder of a divided packet is to be taken, fold over the mouth of the bag and store it, and take it within two days.
4. As this product is made from herbal medicines (e.g. medicinal herbs, roots and bark), the colour of the granules may vary slightly from product to product, but the indications and effects remain the same.
5. do not take the product after the expiry date.
