[Other description.]
What is vaginal candida?
Vaginal candida is a vaginal infection caused by a fungus (a member of the mould family) called Candida.
It is a common female genital tract infection, but it is important to treat it appropriately.
Characteristic symptoms of vaginal candida
Candida vaginalis causes changes in the amount and appearance of discharge (porridge (cottage cheese) or cloudy white liquor) and itching with a rash (redness, swelling, etc.) on the vulva.

[Living instructions].
(1) If you have recurrent vaginal candida, tell your partner that you have a vaginal candida infection, as he or she may be infected,
Partners should seek medical attention immediately if they experience any discomfort symptoms such as itching or redness in the pubic area.
(2) To avoid transmission to partners. Avoid sexual activity while using this drug.
(3) Spermicides should not be used while using this product to avoid irritation of the affected area.
(4) When bathing, to avoid soap irritation, do not wash the vulva with soap, but only lightly with hot water.
(5) Candida bacteria tend to thrive in conditions of high temperature and humidity, so it is important to keep the area as dry as possible.
The following points should be noted.
-After bathing, swimming, etc., the outside of the vagina should be thoroughly dried. Change wet swimwear as soon as possible.
-If you use sanitary products such as diaper sheets, change them frequently.
-Underwear should be made of breathable cotton or other products.
(6) Use clean underwear and towels every day and avoid sharing towels and other items with family members to avoid infection.
(7) Candida is also a common bacterium in the gut. After using the toilet, wipe from front to back to avoid infection from the bowel.
(8) Do not scratch the vulva even if it is itchy. Scratching can cause severe irritation and spread infection.
