Guideline for product delivery

Products.

A packet of 2 pieces of cleansing cotton for the eye area.
The pack contains two pieces of cotton balls of the size most commonly used in ophthalmology. One can be used for each eye when wiping both eyes, making it hygienic.
Two wipes can be taken out with one opening for less hassle and convenience when wiping before and after eye drops or when wiping both eyes.
The packaging has a universal design with careful attention to Braille and colour contrasts, taking into account people with visual impairments.

Usage notes.

Do not use this product or chlorhexidine gluconate if you have ever had allergic reactions to this product or chlorhexidine gluconate.
If hives, breathlessness or other unusual symptoms occur during use, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist.
Take particular care if you are allergic or have experienced hypersensitivity symptoms, such as rashes, from medicines or other substances.
Do not use in the mouth if you have wounds or severe sores in the mouth.
For hygienic use, this product comes in packs of two. Use one for each of the left and right eye.
Do not wipe inside the eye.
If redness, swelling, rash, itching or other symptoms are observed or irritation is experienced, discontinue use and consult a doctor or pharmacist.
Use with clean hands, e.g. by washing hands.
This product is disposable. Do not use repeatedly.
Use as soon as possible after opening.
As it is insoluble in water, it should not be flushed down the toilet and should be disposed of hygienically.

Usage/applications.

Can be used for wiping before and after eye drops, during pollen season and for wiping away eye discharge.
Usually use one packet at a time and wash or wipe the application site.

Ingredients/amounts

(in 1 packet): 0.02% aqueous solution of chlorhexidine gluconate in a general medical device medical absorbent cotton wool.

Storage method

Keep out of high temperatures and direct sunlight and out of the reach of infants.
